A bot designed to send 'Thank You' Notices after getting a new follower and/or receiving tips that are least the amount specified. Can also send 'Welcome' Notices to users when they enter your room and even have new users be unable to talk in your room unless they type a specific phrase first.

Every 'Thank You' is actually two seperate notices.
The first Notification is designed for text, with the ability to change the text and background colors and customize the content of the Notification itself.
The second Notification is designed for gif usage, having "invisible" (white text) messages meant for displaying gifs.

The 'Welcome' Notification follows the same format as the first 'Thank You' Notification and will be sent to the user when they enter if turned on.

In addition to being able to choose the gifs to be sent in the second Notification, there are options to send the gifs from the Gifs List in order, randomly or not at all.

The 'Anti Spam' Feature is just a simple check, by having users prove they are human by entering the 'Captcha Phrase'. The 'Anti Spam' is set to only filter grey users by default, but can be set to filter all users (including (if you choose) Mods and/or Fanclub Members) or turned off.

Added the ability to create seperate timers with unique names.

!timer (start a timer for the amount of minutes specified, sends an alert every minute)
