A modified version of the Tip Goal King app by ninjapervs.

Features:

Time limit: Set the amount of time to reach goal.

Tip stacking:
All tips are recorded. A user can be the highest tipper without having the highest single tip.

Highest tipper:
The highest tipper will be highlighted in chat and displayed in the panel.

Chat commands:

/time x y
The timer variables:
x = Amount of time left in minutes (time_left)
y = Amount of time between notices in minutes (time_notice)

/timeleft x
How much time is remaining:
x = Amount of time left in minutes (time_left)

/timenotice x
How much time between reminder notices of the time remaining.
x = Amount of time between notices in minutes (time_notice)

/newgoal x y
Set a new goal:
x = Amount of tokens to reach goal (goal_tokens)
y = Name of goal (goal_description)

/goal x
Set the name of the goal:
x = Name of goal (goal_description)

/tokens x
How many tokens needed to reach goal:
x = Amount of tokens to reach goal (goal_tokens)

/repeat
The goal will reset after it has been reached.
