Commands:
For Everyone:
!spanks: Sends a Notice to the User with the Spanks Total
For Mods/Broadcaster
!spankson: Enables Spanks
!spanksoff: Disables Spanks
!afkon: Starts a Spanks Deal
!afkoff: Ends the Spanks Deal
!spanked ####: Removes the specified number of Spanks from the Spanks Total (max length 4)
!addspanks ####: Adds Spanks to the Spanks Total (max length 4)
!total: Displays how many times each tip has been activated.
